A: There will always be a core of the same person/persons cleaning your home, condo or office with checks from a working supervisor to ensure quality control.  We do thorough background checks and extensive training with all our employees.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes we are insured, licensed and bonded.


Q: How do you figure the cost for cleaning?

A: Because we work in teams that fluctuate depending on cleaning cycles we prefer to quote for cleaning services on a set rate with regular service.  If an hourly rate is what you would prefer we can discuss and come up with an agreement depending on scope of work and frequency of service.  Either way we are sure you will see that our quality of service, consistency and attention to detail is a great value for the cost and our pricing is very competitive.

Q: Where do we start?

A: We offer a free consultation and written proposal where we find out your needs and discuss our services and fee. 

Q: Are there any penalties for canceling service?

A: No, we do business with no strings attached.  We sign an agreement that outlines your needs, our scope of work including frequency and the fee.  Either party may cancel this agreement at any time.  We can conduct business like this because we always exceed our customer’s expectations in all areas of professionalism and cleanliness. 

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed: In the event a service is not to your satisfaction, please give us a call within 24-hours of service and we will re-clean any area to your satisfaction.  It’s that simple. Q: Do you provide your own equipment?

A: Yes, we provide all our own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment.

Q: How are your cleaning standards?

Q: Why do you use natural cleaning products for home and office cleaning?

A: The average home or office is five-times more likely to have chemical pollutants in the air than just outside its front doors. Natural earth-friendly cleaning products have been used for hundreds of years and do not pollute our environments.  Using earth friendly cleaning products where we can also reduces our ecological footprint, which is why we make our own product from bulk supplies and refill applicators as needed.

 
Q: Does it cost more to use earth-friendly cleaning products?

A: It might if you buy retail, but the overall benefit is well worth it.  We mix all our cleaning products from bulk base products and essential oils in reusable spray bottles; this allows us to keep our cost of cleaning products the same as retail.


Q: Are there any negatives with using natural cleaning products?

A: Some natural cleaning products have a shorter shelf life compared to chemical products and often you have to shake a natural product just before use.  A small price to pay for a healthy people and planet.
